Flavours of crisp green apples and white stone fruits give way to a subtle, nutty note.

The palate is crisp and fresh, but with an appealing creaminess from the time spent on its lees.

Domaine de la Foliette was founded in 1926 but since 1996 it has been in the hands of the scions of two local winemaking families, Denis Brosseau and Eric Vincent. Through limiting yields and rigorous selection in the vineyard, they achieve their goal of crafting authentic wines that reflect and express the local terroir.
