History: Family, Friends. Dedication. Vocation. A wide range of words could describe our winery, Adegas Valmiñor, because we can be defined by them all, but they flow into the same passion: our wines. The winery was founded in 1997 but our tradition is ancestral. We love Albariño grape, but also Treixadura, Loureiro, Castañal…. We love our land and all it gives to us. We respect an take care of it, because it is our legacy.

Rías Baixas appellation is formed by a group of areas in Galicia which are characterized by sharing some physical conditions. They are the basis of the appellation’s extraordinary conditions: mild temperatures, abundant rainfall, low altitude, and Atlantic and Miño River influence

The Rías Baixas appellation is divided into five subzones, and Adegas Valmiñor is located in the down south subzone in Galicia: O Rosal.
