Tasting Notes

Beautifully pure, elegant wine, with a refreshing lemony aroma and a delicate mousse. Dry and with plenty of substance.

Two particular aspects of production set Deutz apart from the competition. First, their vineyard sources are immaculate throughtout thr range: even Brut Classic notches up a 97% rating on the echelle des crus, and the house can call on a lavish selection of grands crus, including Avize,Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Ay,

Secondly, they blend their champagne later then norm.By the Feb after the harvest, young base wines tend to show little of their true character.Deutz prefer to wait until june, to reveal of their nuance, the resault, champagne of exceptional balance, Complexity and, unsurprisingly, finesse.
