Off the beaten track, the estate is an old farm that emanates tradition through its beautiful stone houses overlooking the village. Pascal’s  home is also the workplace, perched on the hillside of Remont in Chénas., And is surrounded by woods, fields, and vineyards. This mosaic of landscape amazes Pascal every day and gives the wines a singular expression and sense of harmony.

Pascal always prefer patience and observation over manipulation and his growing methods are the most environmentally friendly as possible and being that the land is isolated where Pascal can practice this choice with intention.
