A fresh, grassy nose is followed by a palate full of green apple and citrus fruit, and even a touch of blackcurrant bud. Dry yet generous, with a long, crisp finish.

Over the last forty years, Guy Allion has grown this traditional family estate from six hectares to twenty-seven; his son Cedric has worked alongside him since 1999.
