Tasting Notes: 

Aromatic white wine, the nose is expressive, offering vibrant aromas of apricot, peach and orange blossom, layered with subtle notes of honeysuckle and a touch of vanilla.

On the palate, medium-bodied and smooth, showcasing flavours of ripe stone fruits, citrus zest and a hint of almond.

With lively acidity and delicate floral finish create a harmonious and refreshing profile.

FOOD: Floral notes complement seafood dishes like grilled prawns, scallops, or lobster with a citrus butter sauce.

Also pairs wonderfully with roast chicken, creamy pasta dishes, or vegetarian options such as butternut squash risotto or grilled asparagus.
