Tasting Notes

Very clean, nicely balanced Pinot Grigio, with a gentle floral aroma, good medium weight in the mouth, and a refreshing finish.

Each variety used for Castel Firmian is planted on sites with a particular affinity to it – in this case along the Valle dell’Adige – and a mixture of traditional pergola and modern espalier training systems are used.
