Tasting Notes: Intense red color, the nose is broad, with fresh and decisive aromas of red fruits such as blackberry and cherry, spicy tones reminiscent of chocolate and toasting and sweet notes of vanilla. In the mouth it is warm, balanced, with soft tannins and withering notes on the finish.
Food: Excellent with red meats and game dishes, grilled meats, braised meats and aged cheeses.
