Burleigh’s is a classic London Dry Gin infused with 11 of world’s finest Botanicals to give a delectably smooth. crisp, and complex flavor. While walking through the beautiful Burleigh Wood nature reserve adjacent to the distillery, master distiller, Jamie Baxter, came across Silver Birch, dandelion, Burdock, Elderflower and Iris.

Although some of the botanicals used in the recipes remain the distiller’s secret, those found in Burleigh Wood, within the Charmwood Forest, Inspired the first recipe and from the ancient natural woodland site, Burleigh’s Gin Was Born .
