Tasting Notes: A bright, wild-salmon coloured rosé which delivers vibrant and inviting aromas of candied raspberry and ripe red berries. Crisp and lusciously fruity on the palate; this is bursting with juicy raspberry and strawberry fruits with a deliciously intriguing creamy undertone.

Food: A wonderful aperitif wine, which also accompanies white meat and fish dishes in a delicate sauce.

Piers Greenwood is a bit of a visionary, he planted his vineyard in Purleigh, Essex in 1969, which makes it one of the oldest in the UK. The vineyard benefits from a very special microclimate and Purleigh is one of the warmest and sunniest spots in the country.
